Delivery Information
- Island-wide Delivery: We deliver to all cities across Sri Lanka.
- Payment: We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days for most locations. Please ensure you are reachable to our delivery riders to avoid delays. Providing two contact numbers is strongly recommended.
- Delivery Cost: Rs. 400 for the first kilogram. Additional charges apply for packages exceeding 1kg, which will be confirmed with you via WhatsApp prior to dispatch
- Order Confirmation: All orders are finalized by our staff via WhatsApp before dispatch. A confirmation message will be sent shortly after your order is placed.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, subject to stock availability.
- Order Tracking: Tracking information is available upon request via WhatsApp.
Additional Information
- Stock Availability: While we do our best to keep stock information up to date, there may be rare instances where an item shown as available is no longer in stock at the time of dispatch. We will notify you via WhatsApp immediately if this occurs.
- Supplier & Shipping: Please note that some of our products are directly couriered via our registered business partners. Delivery handling may vary slightly depending on the supplier.
- Returns: If you receive a defective item, please inform us as soon as possible after delivery. The item must be returned within 7 days in its original condition and packaging via courier to the address we provide, which may vary depending on the supplier.
- Product Images: Images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen display settings or product batches.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Delivery Delays: Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the courier service's operations. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories such as personal care, intimate wear, and opened consumables cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the matter fairly via WhatsApp communication. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
