Policy
We want every purchase to be perfect. If something isn't right,
we're here to make it right — fairly and quickly.
At Fancify.lk, we take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. However, if something goes wrong, we're here to help. Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Item is physically damaged: The product arrived broken, cracked, torn, or with visible physical damage caused during transit or packaging.
- Item is defective or not working: The product does not function as described or advertised upon first use.
- Wrong item received: You received a completely different product from what you ordered.
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be considered under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions at the time of the return request and physical return:
- Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, bags, wrapping, or protective materials it arrived in.
- Unused condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was delivered — except for the reported defect or damage.
- Photo or video evidence: Clear visual evidence of the damage, defect, or wrong item must be submitted when raising your return request. Returns without evidence will not be processed.
- Within 7 days: The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. No exceptions will be made after this window closes.
Follow these steps to raise a return request with Fancify.lk:
- Document the problem: Take clear photos or record a short video clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. Make sure the product and packaging are visible.
- Contact us within 7 days: Send your evidence along with your order details (name, contact number, item ordered) to us via WhatsApp at +94 76 491 0918 or email at fancify.lk@gmail.com.
- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We may ask for additional information if needed.
- Ship the item back: Once your return is approved, pack the item securely and send it back to us via a registered courier service. We do not collect parcels from customers.
- Receive your exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement as quickly as possible.
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
- Customer pays return shipping in cases where the item is damaged in transit or is defective. The cost of returning the parcel to us via courier is the customer's responsibility.
- Fancify.lk covers return shipping if the return is due to our error — for example, if we sent you the wrong item entirely. In such cases, we will arrange or reimburse the return courier cost.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will dispatch the replacement product as promptly as possible.
- The replacement item will be the same product you originally ordered. If the exact item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss available options.
- Cash refunds are not available. Fancify.lk does not offer monetary refunds, regardless of the circumstances of the return.
- We do not offer exchanges for a different product, size upgrade, or colour variant as a resolution — only the same item originally purchased.

All electrical and electronic products sold by Fancify.lk come with a 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects and non-functional items discovered upon first use.
- Test all electrical items immediately upon receipt. If the item is not working or is defective, report it to us within the 7-day window.
- A clear video demonstrating the fault or malfunction must be submitted together with your return request.
- The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, water exposure, modifications, or any customer-caused damage after delivery.
- After the 7-day warranty period, no return or exchange claims will be accepted for electrical items, regardless of the issue.
Fancify.lk has a zero-tolerance policy for the misuse or abuse of our returns process. We take every return request seriously and review all evidence carefully.
- Submitting false, edited, or misleading photo or video evidence to support a fraudulent return claim.
- Returning a used, tampered, or damaged item that was not in that condition when delivered.
- Attempting to return an item outside the 7-day window by providing a false delivery date.
