Fancify.lk delivers to all 25 districts across Sri Lanka through our trusted registered courier partners. Whether you're in Colombo or Kilinochchi, Galle or Trincomalee — we've got you covered.
We work with registered, professional courier partners who are experienced in delivering across all regions of Sri Lanka, including areas outside major cities.
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's a clear breakdown of our typical delivery timeline from the moment you place your order:

Delivery to more remote areas or during peak periods (such as festive seasons) may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
Our shipping charges are weight-based and calculated at the time of your order. Here's how it works:

- Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of your parcel. The exact delivery fee for your order will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
- If your order contains multiple items, the total combined weight will be used to calculate the shipping charge.
- Fancify.lk does not currently offer free shipping. A minimum delivery charge of Rs. 400 applies to all orders islandwide.
Once your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner, you will be able to track your order directly through the courier's system. Here's how it works:
- Your tracking number will be shared with you 1 working day after your parcel is handed over to the courier. Please allow this time before requesting tracking details.
- Once you have your tracking number, you can contact the courier service directly by phone or through their website to get a status update on your delivery.
- If you face any difficulty tracking your order or communicating with the courier, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +94 76 491 0918 and we will assist you.
- From Fancify.lk: We will call you on your registered contact number to confirm your order before it is dispatched. If we cannot reach you, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
- From the Courier: Our courier partners may call you to coordinate delivery, confirm your address, or schedule a delivery time. Please answer promptly to avoid missed deliveries.
- If you missed a call from us or the courier, please call back as soon as possible on the number provided to avoid any delays to your delivery.
- Fancify.lk is not responsible for delivery failures or delays that occur because the customer could not be reached by phone.
While we always aim to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause courier delays. These include:
- Adverse Weather Conditions: Heavy rain, flooding, or other extreme weather events may slow down courier operations, particularly in affected regions.
- Courier Internal Issues: Operational problems, staffing, or logistics issues within the courier company may occasionally cause unexpected delays.
- Public Holidays: Deliveries are not made on public holidays and may be delayed around festive or national holiday periods.
- Road or Access Issues: Road closures, traffic disruptions, or access difficulties in certain areas may affect delivery schedules.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:
- Customer was unreachable by phone at the time of delivery
- Customer was not present at the delivery address
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided at the time of ordering
- If a COD order is returned due to a failed delivery caused by the customer's unavailability or refusal to accept, the customer may be responsible for the return courier costs incurred.
- If your parcel has been returned to us after a failed delivery, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery. Additional courier charges will apply.
We understand that when you have already paid for an order, getting it to you on time becomes even more important. At Fancify.lk, we take this responsibility seriously.
- If you have already paid and your order is delayed, please contact us immediately. We will escalate your case with the courier as a priority.
- We will proactively follow up on your behalf and keep you updated until your order is successfully delivered.

Follow these simple tips to ensure your Fancify.lk order reaches you without any issues:
- Provide a complete address — include your house/unit number, street, city, district, and any helpful landmark nearby.
- Stay reachable — keep your registered phone number on and answered after placing your order, especially during the expected delivery window.
- Give us a second number — providing a second contact number helps ensure we can always reach you if the first number is busy or unavailable.
- Inspect on arrival — open and check your parcel in front of the courier if possible. Report any visible damage or issues to us within 7 days of delivery.
- For COD orders — have the exact amount ready. Courier partners may not always carry change.
