These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. They are written to be clear and straightforward — no confusing legal jargon. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.
Fancify.lk is an online retail store operating from Colombo, Sri Lanka. We sell a wide range of products including Beauty, Home & Living, Tech Gadgets, Fashion, Kids Toys, Auto Tools, and Books, delivered islandwide across all 25 districts of Sri Lanka.
We operate exclusively online. We do not have a physical store or showroom. All orders are placed, confirmed, and processed through our online channels including our website and social media platforms.

When you place an order with Fancify.lk, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s) under the terms set out on this page. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- You must provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order, including your full name, delivery address, district, nearest city, and a valid contact number.
- Our team will contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. Please ensure you are reachable on the number provided when you place your order.
- Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will be notified and your delivery will be arranged within 3 working days of confirmation.
- Fancify.lk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Fancify.lk currently accepts the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules:
- Your order must be confirmed by our team before dispatch. Please be reachable on your provided contact number after placing a COD order.
- If our team is unable to reach you after multiple attempts to confirm your COD order, the order may be cancelled and will need to be re-placed.
- For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready upon delivery. Our courier partners may not carry change.
Bank Deposit / Transfer Rules:
- For bank deposit orders, full payment must be received and confirmed by Fancify.lk before your order is dispatched.
- Please send us your payment slip or transfer confirmation via WhatsApp or email after completing your bank transfer.
- Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully verified in our account.
Fancify.lk delivers islandwide to all 25 districts across Sri Lanka through trusted third-party courier partners.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier partner's schedule.
- It is your responsibility to provide a correct, complete, and accessible delivery address at the time of ordering. This includes your full address, district, and nearest city.
- Fancify.lk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- Fancify.lk is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure events.
- Our courier partner may contact you before or during delivery. Please ensure you are available on your registered contact number.
We want you to be happy with every purchase from Fancify.lk. However, please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.
When can you return an item? Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:
- The item received is physically damaged (broken, cracked, torn, etc.)
- The item received is not working or is defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong item — different from what you ordered
How to raise a return:
- You must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect via WhatsApp or email when raising your return request.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused (except for the defect), and in the same condition as received.
- The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us via a courier service. Fancify.lk will not collect the parcel from the customer's location.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent).
For hygiene, safety, and other practical reasons, certain product categories cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances — even if damaged or defective claims are made after use.
- Innerwear & Intimate Clothing: All innerwear, undergarments, lingerie, and similar intimate clothing items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons, regardless of the reason for return.
- Opened Beauty & Skincare Products: Products that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken cannot be returned.
- Items Without Original Packaging: Any product returned without its original packaging or with missing components will not be accepted.
Fancify.lk offers a 7-day checking warranty on all electrical and electronic products sold through our store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-functional items discovered upon first use.
- If an electrical item is found to be not working or defective within 7 days of delivery, you are entitled to raise a return or replacement request.
- You must test all electrical items upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days. After 7 days, the checking warranty expires and no claims will be accepted.
- A video demonstrating the defect or malfunction must be submitted to us via WhatsApp or email as part of your warranty claim.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, water damage, physical impact, or modifications made by the customer after delivery.
- This is a checking warranty only — it does not imply a long-term manufacturer's guarantee or service warranty beyond the 7-day period.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- You may request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you wish to cancel.
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Once a parcel is with our courier partner, it cannot be recalled.
- If a COD order is dispatched and the customer refuses to accept delivery without a valid reason, Fancify.lk reserves the right to recover the courier charges incurred for both outward and return delivery from the customer.
Cancellations by Fancify.lk: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or inability to reach the customer for order confirmation. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
By using Fancify.lk and placing an order, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide accurate personal and delivery information when placing your order.
- Remain reachable on your registered contact number during the order confirmation and delivery process.
- Inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within the stipulated timeframes (7 days for damages; 7 days for electrical items).
- Be available to receive your parcel on the delivery date. If unavailable, coordinate with the courier partner directly.
- Do not attempt to misuse our returns or warranty policy by providing false claims or fabricating defects.
All content on the Fancify.lk website and social media channels — including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, brand name, graphics, and written content — is the property of Fancify.lk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use any content from Fancify.lk for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- You may share our content on personal social media for non-commercial purposes, provided that Fancify.lk is clearly credited.
Fancify.lk makes every effort to ensure that products are accurately described and delivered in good condition. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law:
- Fancify.lk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Fancify.lk is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by our courier partners, though we will assist you in resolving any such issues.
- Fancify.lk is not liable for any loss arising from website downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to our online services.
- Our total liability to you in relation to any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
Fancify.lk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
The Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated whenever significant changes are made.
