Delivery Information
- Island-wide Delivery: We deliver to all cities across Sri Lanka.
- Payment: We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days for most locations.
- Delivery Cost: Rs. 450 for the first kilogram. Additional charges apply for packages exceeding 1kg.
- Independent Vendor: Cloned Colognes operates as an independent vendor on Fancify Online. Orders are fulfilled separately, and a separate delivery charge applies.
Usage Instructions
- Spray 4–6 times on clothing from 5–6 inches away, focusing on collar & shoulders. In Sri Lanka's heat, clothing holds the scent far longer than skin.
- Avoid spraying too closely to prevent marks, especially on white or light-coloured fabrics.
- Primarily designed for clothing use. Perform a patch test before skin application.
- Discontinue if irritation occurs. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Highly flammable — keep away from heat and open flames.
- Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Properly stored, fragrance may deepen in scent over time and have a lifespan that exceeds 2 years

- Stock Availability: While we do our best to keep stock information up to date, there may be rare instances where an item shown as available is no longer in stock at the time of dispatch. We will notify you via WhatsApp immediately if this occurs.
- Returns: All sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted after delivery, except for items that are damaged during delivery or incorrectly supplied. Claims must be made within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video and supporting images. Items that are opened, used, or without valid proof will not be eligible. Approved cases will receive a replacement where possible; otherwise, a refund will be processed. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
- Product Images: Images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen display settings or product batches.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Our Fragrances: Our fragrances are inspired creations and are not affiliated with any designer brands. Fragrance performance may vary depending on weather and application method.
